We will begin the first week of June - The course spans a duration of 10 weeks, providing students with a structured timeline to work through the curriculum and make significant progress in their piano skills.

Each week, students receive a professionally crafted video lesson covering essential topics such as technique, scales, and practice repertoire. These lessons are structured to gradually build upon previous knowledge and skills.

Following each video lesson, students are assigned practice exercises that reinforce concepts covered in the lessons and help students develop their piano proficiency. Students will receive a personal video response back including includes constructive criticism, guidance for improvement, and encouragement.

Each student receives a curated book of music specifically selected to align with the course curriculum. This book serves as a resource for practice material and repertoire exploration throughout the course.
In ten weeks, you can go off to college confident in your skills…or at least not as scared of the piano!

I have over a decade of private teaching in public schools and in a private studio.
I studied piano and voice and graduated with a Bachelors in music from Baylor University.
Over the last 15 years, I have helped dozens of music majors headed off to college prepare for class piano.
As an accompanist, I work with future music majors regularly, and hear the concerns and fears of class piano.
